- Don’t live in the past. Stop thinking about the past whether it is a good or bad past. One past or result went poor, you hang on it in such a way that you are incapable to do anything in the future. Being in the past is the worst way to live.
- Average people usually hang on to the past. These people are like a log of wood flowing in the river. They remain mediocre and just go with the flow. They live like a dead ducks. They always think, “why did it happen to them”. Successful people discuss ideas, knowledge, and the future.

- Talent vs effort — Almost all the time effort works. It hardly matters whether you are talented or not.

- Think 1000 times before you say or write anything to anyone, specially when you have to take toughest decision in your life.
- Logic vs emotion — Humans beings are emotional fools. Be logical. The opinion is the cheapest thing. Even at pan shop, people give suggestions that what Obama or trump and Modi have to do. Always give facts or backups, or give opinions supported by proof.
- You become an average of 5 people whom you talk or spend time with. So cultivate good people around you.

- There is a huge difference between being a lie and being creative.
- Don’t take shortcuts. Be extremely consistent.
- Consider everyone, for eg IAS officers, CEOs, Industry veterans, or big shots as equal. Then only you can speak effectively to them.
- Learn the art of story selling, not storytelling. Focus on how did I add value to my story/ in my life rather than what happened in my life.
